 At our salon, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience. To ensure that everyone has a pleasant and safe visit, we have established the following policies and procedures:

1. Appointments: We highly recommend that you make an appointment in advance to ensure that you get the time and stylist you prefer. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee availability.

2. Cancellations: We understand that sometimes things come up, but we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

4. Children: We love children, but we ask that you do not bring them to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. This is for their safety and the comfort of our other clients.

5. Payment: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

6. Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. If you are pleased with your service, a gratuity of 15-20% is customary.

7. Cleanliness: We take cleanliness very seriously. All of our tools and equipment are sanitized between clients, and our salon is cleaned regularly.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to make it right.
